One•N•Ten's National Coming Out Day Celebration

THE EVENT

The 3rd Annual National Coming Out Day Celebration held by Arizona nonprofit organization One•N•Ten at Scottsdale Contemporary Museum of the Arts was a spectacular gathering of LGBTQ+ community members and their allies. This Arizona event encouraged the community to come together in a positive way to celebrate their authentic selves and served as a safe space for community members to share their coming out journeys, spread love and acceptance and advocate for equality. Naturally, we were thrilled to be a part of this incredible community event!

THE GOAL

Our goal for this event was simple yet powerful: to help event attendees capture and share the vibrant and joyous spirit of National Coming Out Day with One•N•Ten in a way that inspires people to love the skin they’re in, regardless of sexual orientation, gender, race, age, etc. To do this, we provided a unique and fun way for people to express their true selves through full-body 360 degree videos with our 360 Photo Booth.

THE STRATEGY

Our strategy centered around empowering event attendees celebrate themselves as well as the spirit of National Coming Out Day in a way that could easily be shared on social media to inspire others and highlight the mission of One•N•Ten, which is to support LGBTQ+ youth and promote acceptance and equality. To bring to life One•N•Ten's branding we included their logo on the frame design as well highlighted the PRIDE flag.

THE EXPERIENCE

Overall,  One•N•Ten’s National Coming Out Day Celebration at Scottsdale Contemporary Museum of the Arts was a hit! Each event attendee was invited to create their own National Coming Out Day slow-motion 360 photo booth video individually or with friends in attendance and were assisted by our friendly and outgoing 360 photo booth attendant with ideas for creative poses and movements that helped showcase their unique personality and style. After recording their 360 photo booth video, event attendees instantly received their inspirational 360 video via a branded One•N•Ten email that included a call to action to share to social media to help spread awareness.

This 360 Photo Booth experience resulted in an 3.5K reach and 11.3K impressions on social media!
