High quality, digital photos of event attendees (portrait-style or full-body depending on your preference) shot with a DSLR camera and studio lighting setup.

Professional event photographer dressed in all black that assists with posing and placement, lighting adjustments and operation of the photo booth.

Custom designed, branded digital frame for photos, start screen, email header and gallery header (templates available for self-design upon request.)

After a photo is taken by our photographer event attendees will use their phone to scan our QR code which takes them to a branded page on their phone. Event attendees then enter their email address and are able to instantly download their branded photo to share to social media. Additionally event attendees receive an email with their branded photo and additional marketing message should you choose to add it. Overall the sharing experience takes under 30 seconds.

Customize the email from name, email subject, email greeting and email message with brand-specific language and a call to action; event attendees are prompted to approve the legal disclaimer which gives your company rights to use photos and emails for marketing

Next business day delivery of a report containing all emails and data captured by photo booth (same-day delivery available upon request for additional cost.) Additionally your gallery link and a Dropbox folder of photos is delivered.

While most of our clients provide their own step-and-repeat backdrop or custom-built backdrop for our Studio Photo Booth, we can help coordinate this for you if needed.

Includes design, printing and testing for one custom printed backdrop of any scene or step-and-repeat background with logos.
For sustainability reasons, we highly recommend choosing a backdrop design that is reusable for future events.
Should you choose to have us print your backdrop, you are able to either 1) purchase a stand and keep it for your own events or 2) have us hold onto it for next year’s event.
