Phoenix Business Journal Outstanding Women in Business Awards
THE EVENT
Each year Phoenix Business Journal recognizes inspiring Arizona women business leaders at their annual Outstanding Women in Business Awards. For this year’s celebration presented by Arizona Bank & Trust, the theme centered around feminine florals with hues of pink and magenta.
As a part of the celebrations, event attendees were invited to capture and share their excitement with the playful and fun photo booth experience we created, that was intentionally designed for sharing to Instagram Stories and TikTok.
THE GOAL
To provide event attendees with an easy and fun way to share their memories from Outstanding Women in Business Awards on social media while highlighting Phoenix Business Journal, Arizona Bank & Trust and the event theme.
THE STRATEGY
For this Arizona business community awards event we created a celebratory photo booth experience that included our sparkling pink sequin backdrop, a branded frame design highlighting the event host and photo booth sponsor and two frame format options: 1) our classic square format and 2) our vertical format that is ideal for sharing to Instagram Stories and TikTok.

THE EXPERIENCE
Offering a celebratory photomoment for event attendees was the perfect way to kick-off the evening and highlight how powerful and fun celebrating women can be! Event attendees laughed and chatted as they took photos then were easily able to share their memories with friends and family not in attendance on social media. In the email event attendees received they were encouraged to tag Phoenix Business Journal and able to learn more about the photo booth sponsor, Arizona Bank & Trust.
THE ROI
Over the course of the intimate evening we had a nonstop line prior to the awards ceremony starting and captured approximately 50+ photos and Boomerang videos for Phoenix Business Journal with our fun Selfie Station photo booth that resulted in over an estimated 7.4K reach and impressive 24.4K impressions on social media.
