A Note From MISGIF

The health and safety of our team, clients, event attendees and community is our top priority therefore we have made some updates to our services, procedures and protocols that we want you to be aware of before you work with us.

Please know we are committed to doing everything in our power to provide safe, fun and memorable photo booth experiences and are doing our best as a small business to adapt to the ongoing local and federal guideline changes surrounding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The below information applies to in-person photo booth experiences and was last updated on 4/19/22 after reviewing CDC updates, Arizona Department of Health & Services data, CDC best practices for navigating in-person events, and our company values.

  • Not only are we a licensed Arizona LLC photo booth company, we are also insured by RV Nuccio & Associates. If you require a copy of our Certificate of Insurance (COI) we are more than happy to provide it.

  • If you would like our team to wear masks at your event we are more than happy to do so upon request.

    *Please note some of our staff currently feel more comfortable wearing masks at events therefore we ask that you please respect their choice to do so.

  • Our team is fully vaccinated. If proof of vaccination is required for an event we have no problem providing this. We just ask that you request proof of vaccination at least one week prior to your event date.

    *If you require a negative COVID-19 test for your event we ask that you please let us know at least one week prior to your event.

  • Our team is asked to report prior to their shift if they have any known symptoms of COVID-19 or other illnesses and/or have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or has known symptoms of COVID-19 or other illnesses. If our team have any known symptoms of COVID-19 or other illnesses, share that they may have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or other illnesses then they will not work the event they are scheduled for. The same rule applies for if they are not feeling well in general since we want to ensure your event attendees are safe and our team is able to rest and take care of themselves.

    MISGIF will do its best to find a replacement staff for events that include a photo booth attendant but at this time due to the continuing spread of COVID-19 staffing during events cannot be guaranteed. With that said, all photo booths are operational without staff and remote support via phone is included.

  • Until further notice MISGIF will provide a complimentary (free) automatic, touchless hand sanitizer station with 1 gallon 80% ethyl alcohol for guests to use before and after touching the photo booth screen. MISGIF will not provide stanchions for lines, additional signage for social distancing or mask wearing, etc. This will be the responsibility of the client. With that said, we encourage all of our clients to be mindful of creating a safe photo booth atmosphere that includes helpful signage with reminders for best safety practices.

  • MISGIF will continue to sanitize all equipment used at events with EPA-approved disinfectant before and after events.

    For staffed events MISGIF staff will also sanitize the photo booth screen before the start of the event.

    A complimentary automatic hand sanitizer station will be available and refilled as needed for event attendees to use before and/or after touching the photo booth screen and/or props.

  • At this time we recommend handheld props, signs and hats/headbands only, but we do offer prop packages that include glasses upon request.

    Should a client want to use MISGIF props for their event or provide their own props MISGIF staff will not be responsible for disinfecting, touching, or monitoring them.

    With that said, clients have the option of adding a Prop Assistant to their package to sanitize props in between each use should they desire such a service.

  • MISGIF will always do its best to be flexible and accommodate any reschedules or event cancellations. Our goal is always to find a win-win solution for both parties involved. With that said, because there is a great deal of work that goes into each photo booth experience prior to an event please be aware that 50% of the total invoice is considered a non-refundable retainer. Additionally, if an event is cancelled within one month or less of an event date no refund will be issued. We do offer one free reschedule which can be used within the same calendar year of the original event date, otherwise a $250 + tax rescheduling fee will be applied.
