360 Photo Booth For Aviano 4th of July Celebration
THE EVENT
Each year we celebrate the 4th of July in Phoenix, Arizona with Aviano Community Association for their annual, family-friendly July 4th event. This red, white and blue themed event typically includes music on the lawn, face painting, live performers, food and drinks, fireworks and fun photo booth ops!
For this year’s July 4th celebration we introduced event attendees for the first time to our popular Phoenix 360 photo booth!
THE GOAL
To provide hundreds of Arizona families from the Aviano community with fun and festive 360 photo booth event entertainment that complimented the 4th of July event theme.
THE STRATEGY
For this Arizona event we created a 4th of July themed 360 photo booth experience that included fun and memorable 360 degree videos, a branded photo booth frame, high-energy music to match the festive mood, and a special outro video at the end of each video that wished everyone a Happy July 4th from Aviano.
Additionally, we recommended a marquee light backdrop spelling out “4th of July” that turned out beautifully thanks to the help of our fellow Arizona event vendors Parties on Purpose and Luz Balloons.
To ensure families and their little ones had a safe Phoenix 360 photo booth experience Aviano included stanchions surrounding the 360 photo booth area per our request and we provided helpful signage that reminded event attendees how best to use our Arizona 360 photo booth.
To ensure event attendees had an easy way to download and share their 360 photo booth videos to social media we provided our WiFi hotspot and included a hands-free sharing option that allowed adults to email their 360 videos to themselves.

THE EXPERIENCE
Arizona families had an amazing time celebrating the 4th of July in our fun 360 photo booth at Aviano Community Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Not only did the custom marquee letter backdrop look amazing with our 360 degree photo booth, the red, white and blue Fourth of July themed props we brought were a huge hit with families and kiddos.
Thanks to our larger than life 360 Booth setup, the 360 photo booth served as a show stopper event activity for event attendees and we had a line all night long along with a gallery full of fun and memorable videos!
THE ROI
Over the course of the evening we captured approximately 100 videos for Avanio in the 360 photo booth that resulted in over a 8.9K reach and impressive 28.5K impressions on social media.
